This is a great video which shows how whole, natural foods give you more nutritional value, calorie for calorie as compared to processed foods.
You can especially see with some of the ultra processed foods such as bread, that you would need so many slices to get to 2,000 calories. A great visual for the concept of “empty calories”. Make every calorie count and make it a nutritionally dense, whole food!
